Review content:
Having to plan a loved one's funeral is the worse thing anyone has to do during their lifetime, having to put up with unprofessional and arrogant people during this process is even more aggravating. It is sad to think that there are people who has the heart (or lack there of) to explore us in this very sensitive and emotional time. Galante Funeral Home were unprofessional, unsympathetic and overall arrogant. Dealing with them over the phone was even more heartbreaking when every request was denied in a incredibly rude matter.
