I lost a good job in 2009 after almost 9 years. I've only been able to work temp jobs since then and could not keep up with my bills. When Chase sued me for a credit card debt I knew had to call a lawyer.
Juan Tomasino at Tomasino Law filed my bankruptcy and stopped the lawsuit. Also erased my other credit cards and the money I owed after my car was repo'd.
I visited his Fort Worth office. We met for over an hour and he answered all of my questions. I liked that he was honest about the good and bad of filing bankruptcy. Hated to have to do it, but now I'm glad I did.
