Review content:
My experience with Richard was horrible. I needed 3 rooms painted and touchups done in my great room. RIchard quoted me 2.5 days (with himself and a crew of two). A week later, my paint job still was not done. Richard's crew made a mess, left trash and cigarette butts all over my house and he was rarely there to supervise them. I had requested stripes in one room and the stripes are crooked, not level and amazingly (my husband measured) not ONE of them is the requested width at both the top and the bottom. They got trim paint along the floor line on my hardwood floors and didn't clean it off and the touchups? Don't get me started. After three days of SHOWING Richard what needed to be done (and him pretending he couldn't see it), I gave up. Two of the bedrooms are bleeding through with the underlying paint (I guess they didn't prime), the third is the striped room and the stripes are STILL crooked and the great room has never been adequately touched up...I recommend that anyone looking for a paint job run in the opposite direction even if he is the lowest quote. The sad thing is that in my case he wasn't. :(
