Wish I had read the reviews on this guy before hiring him 3 months ago to paint my house trim. He is a salesman-seems to know little about painting. They still have not finished the job-- gives unending excuses, crew made a mess and are always left unsupervised, ruined my brand new expensive knotty alder doors that had to be removed and restained professionally (they know absolutely nothing about staining yet told us they were professionals at this), cheated us out of money for supplies he said he purchased to do our garage floor and then never gave us the supplies. He has promised to deliver them for 3 months, but he uses every excuse in the book--, he's always sick, broken down car, etc. etc. He does not return calls.. His crew talks about Richard non stop and say terrible things about him behind his back--what a mess! Overall our experience was a complete disaster and we are filing a complaint against them. For us, this outfit was nothing but trouble. DO NOT HIRE this company if you want to avoid endless , endless headaches.
