Review content:
Giuseppe's was hired by my general contractor to replace all of my kitchen cabinets from the ground up. There were two employees with this company. Vic Sr. and Vic Jr. Vic Sr. was a very nice guy and Vic Jr., well....let's just say customer service isn't his gig. We had the following installed: Pantry doors, pull-out drawers, lazy susan, to the tune of $11,000. The color was nice and at first glance, the kitchen didn't look to bad. One of the pantry doors, when in the closed position, did not match up with the three other pantry doors where all four corners met. I brought it to Vic Jr.'s attention and said that I did not like the fact that the door did not close all the way. He told me that the wood would eventually and naturally curve toward the opening and it would then match up with the others. Well guess what Vic Jr.? It's 11 years later and the door looks EXACTLY THE SAME. It was pretty apparent that he did not want to redo the door the first time I asked him about it and I unfortunately gave him the benefit of the doubt. Also, now that time has gone by, all of the wood putty that he stuffed into all the gaps in the crown molding because he didn't miter it correctly have dried up and fell out. It looks like crap! He also did my Corian countertops. You guessed it! They also cracked. Thank god it happened during the warranty period. When I spoke to Vic Jr. about it, he kissed it off to Corian and said he doesn't do Corian anymore. Well I know why! When the Corian rep came to my house, he told me that the guy who installed the Corian countertop DIDNT DO IT CORRECTLY! This outfit will gladly take your money, give you a less than acceptable product and will leave you out to dry when you ask them to fix it. Go somewhere else and don't spend your money here. If you live in SoCal and want to come by my house to see, I'll show you! I'm going to hire a guy to fix their screw ups now.
