I engaged a local Santa Cruz County Kitchen company to supply Dupont Zodiaq Quartz counter-top for my new kitchen, they utilized Duracite to fabricate and install my counter-top.\r
I am currently VERY dissatisfied with this company - half my kitchen is installed and looks beautiful but on the long stretch of counter-top with the sink in it, this company, without any consultation with me, decided to create a seam in the very center of the longest run and in full light and view from the entrance. I refused to allow this to be installed as the join was very ugly in this placement. Rather than trying to resolve this problem the General Manager J. G. has basically said - take this ugly solution or nothing - plus they have sent a letter indicating that if I do not pay in full they will take a lien on my house - would you do business with this company - I would not!
Pros: Dupont Zodiaq Countertop is beautiful
Cons: Bad service, bad attitude, bad tattoos, lateness
