Thank you Back Bay Cycle.I learned what customer service is.A little over a month ago I bought a bike from Mathieu's bike,it was like here is your bike don't let the door hit you in the ass,At Back bay I thought service like that was long gone.They are the best,From the minute you walk in the they are so happy to help you.They fit the bike let you take a test drive,check the bike completely over,and just the most friendly and helpful people.I will never shop anywhere else now,Thank you Back Bay Cycle
