I am a homeowner at a local property that Wallace Campbell has managed for over 20 years. I feel that we have been treated with the utmost respect. If I call I usually talk with a person but if I get their voice mail than I get a call back within a 24 hours. The people I talk with are very helpful and if they don’t have an answer for me right away they will tell me that they will get an answer and call me back and they usually do. Our accounts are taken care of properly and accurately. For those people that have violations are attended to. If there are delinquent accounts they work with the homeowners before being turned over to the attorney for collections. They work diligently on keeping our delinquent accounts to keep them at a minimum. I really don’t know why someone would say that they are not helpful or disrespectful cause I can attest that they are not.
