My appointments with Dr. Shah were an enormous waste of time and money. I needed a family doc to manage my overall care because of a complicated medical condition I have. He didn't listen well, undermined my feeling and gave me the sense that this was going to be too much work for him and/or not enough prestige.
He talked too much about what HE could do for me. He didn't even read over the other doc's reports.Only one staff member bothered to inform about the the TWO HOUR wait. The others were loudly gossping and standing around. I want my co-pay back.
Pros: Conveniently located, parking close
Cons: long waiting for doc, presumptuous
