Review content:
I visited the drivethru of the McDonalds at 5637 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville, MD 21228 this morning at 11:08am, 19 July 2010. My order came to $6.03, and I gave the cashier two $5's and three pennies, as I had no $1's in my wallet. I waited for change, requested change, and she insisted that I had given her a $5, $1, and three pennies. I contacted the manager, and they did a drawer count, which indicated the drawer was 60 cents off. When I pointed out that this indicated that there were other issues with the cashier, the manager informed me that they actually do not know exactly how much the drawer was started with so she could not draw any conclusions. In the end, the manager said she could not give me the proper $4 change. What ever happened to good customer service, and giving the customer the benefit of the doubt? Stealing from your customers is just wrong. I will not be returning to this establishment, and would not expect future issues to be handled in a honest manner. Cons: Rude Manager
