Review content:
The workmen barely speak English and appear to be immigrants. The job was subcontracted without explaining this to me beforehand. Having multiple bosses was confusing. I found out that the subcontracting boss had priority. The original price was raised by the subcontractor and never restored despite no additional wood issues on the job. The sanding left the place filthy especially the new bathroom which should have been sealed off. The workmen walked off the job midway through without any reason and without notification. I complained, but they had 'another job' that was more urgent than mine. So I had to reschedule. My tile was dirtied. Dust was everywhere. Clean up was minimal in the rooms with wood floors. My exterior to the condo was damaged by their truck. The workmen were going to pick the floor stain color for me when I showed up and chose a different color. It was not properly explained to me that the floors would be blond colored after the sanding. Several disagreements arose. Evidently the customer is almost always wrong. Their workmen are right.
