Julie is fantastic! She gave me a great haircut which I liked so much I went back for color. The color is fabulous. Salon at Stevenson is close to my house and I decided to go there when I needed a haircut and couldn't bear the thought of going back to NYC for a decent haircut. I had been going to NYC for haircuts since I have yet to find a decent stylist in Baltimore - most of them are like so-so first dates - good enough on the first cut but every cut after the first gets worse and worse. Believe me, I think that I have been to at least two highly-rated salons in Baltimore in the twenty years that I have lived here. So, I figured going to Julie couldn't hurt. It turned out to be a great decision. Julie is not pretentious at all so there is no intimidation factor. She also listens to what you say about your hair and what you want. She gave me a stylish cut that looks great and is very easy for me to handle.
