I live alone in an apartment in Walnut Creek and know absolutely NOTHING about plumbing. Working a plunger is a hard task for me, so you can kind of get the picture.
I recently was having problems with my bathtub not draining water and it was getting to be a very annoying and gross issue.
I was looking around online and was going to go to the store and buy Draino when I read a page on A Wright Plumbing's website about the harmful effects of Draino on pipes. Now, even though I do not own this apartment I do not want to be responsible for causing thousands of dollars in damage by using an over the counter product instead of just calling a plumber so I eventually called A Wright Plumbing and spoke to Elinor.
Elinor was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what one of her plumbers was going to need to do to fix the clog. She sent out a Plumber named John who get my bathtub draining again in about 35 Minutes. They did NOT charge me an arm and a leg which I was cautious about (because I am a girl who knows nothing about plumbing and could probably be taken advantage of without even knowing it).
I am very happy with their service and even though I pray that I never have another need for a plumber, I am happy to know that if I do there is an excellent one just a phone call away.
