Review content:
My husband and I are steakhouse lovers. We LOVE Stoney River and Chops in Buckhead are among our favorites, and we don't mind spending money on a good steak dinner. We thought we would try FireWater Chophouse because I had a Restaurant gift certificate. It was by far the WORST steakhouse we have ever been to and the prices are absolutely ridiculous especially for the quality of product that is being served. I started with a cup of the Shecrab soup. It was served in a small corning wear dish that was probably 4 oz. The soup was thin and had no crab flavor and just a few flakes of crab meat in it. The wedge salad as an upcharge of $2 and was itty bitty. I then had the filet which tough, chewy and dry. My husband's ribeye steak looked as if you would get it at Waffle House with two eggs served on top. It was cold and tough as shoe leather. I had to send my Cosmopolitan back twice because it was pure cranberry juice and no vodka. We found the service to be slow and inattentive. I am ABSOLUTELY amazed that anyone could give this restaurant a positive review. If you are looking for a GOOD steak dinner with attentive staff and a beautiful setting do yourself a favor and go to Stoney River. You'll pay the same amount and have a wonderful meal.
