It has been about 3 years, but we had a bad experience with Lacks. I must say that the sales people we dealt with were great, no problem with them. The problem was with the girls at the counter that take the payments and stuff like that. First of all, we got a promotion that was NO TAX. Well, they charged us tax, but we didnt notice until we got home. I called them, they told me I was reading the bill wrong. My husband called them, they told him the same thing. Finally, I had to go up there on my lunch break and show them their mistake. Soon as I got to the counter, the girl got on the phone and was talking to a friend, and she was bad-mouthing another girl, not caring that I was standing right there. I stood there for almost 6 minutes-I promise-and she finally got off the phone.She argued and argued with me over the tax they had charged me (it was about $45 tax)She called another girl over who was also rude but who did see that I was charged tax. She agreed to send me a check in the mail for the overbill. I specifically told them that I do not get mail at my physical address, only at my PO Box .They assured me it would be sent to my po box. The next day, I called them again to make sure they had the wrong address. they assured me that they did. Wrong. They sent it to my physical address, their records showed it was sent back to them, and TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY CHECK! I called them a few times, but they treat me like I should give it a rest. I finally gave up. and I won't do business there again.
