Contracted with them to install a new concrete patio. It was a complete mess - rough, uneven, a few places where they had tried to repair it when things did not go well. After several weeks of complaining they agreed to repair it properly but they never came out, and then did not answer any of my calls or e-mails. I filed against them in District Court and won a judgment against them which several months later they have still ignored, so I have no idea whether I will ever get my money back.
