Review content:
Do not go to this clinic. They don't explain to you that there is no refund. Went in on Wednesday but they do not take walk-ins so we had to make an appointment for Thursday but have to prepay for the office visit. Our kitten went in to get vaccinations but said it was not old enough to get vaccinated yet even though the vet took a look at it on Wednesday and could probably tell us that on Wednesday before we had to pay for the office visit. Aside from that, even though the kitten is not of age we were still charged $100+ for him to be neutered when we obviously didn't go in for. We called to have it refunded and now they're telling us it's not refundable and if we don't go to the appointment to get the kitten neutered then that money will be ""donated"". Basically this place is putting you and your wallet on a chopping block without giving you sufficient information. Beware!
