I chose to go to this clinic because I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly compared to other clinics in the area. I was given Dr. Krishna Pallegar (See my review of her). After leaving the office, they told me to expect an explanation of benefits in the mail. I received it and 0% was covered because they gave BCBS the wrong billing code. I called BCBS and they requested more info from Fairview Ridges. A month and a half later I received another letter from BCBS stating that fairview ridges still has not sent anything and that if they don't recieve the information in 2 weeks, they are discontinuing my case. I have tried to call at least 15 times and keep getting put on hold for 10 minutes each time and still have not been able to talk to anybody. It is getting really frustrating and I wish that I would have went somewhere else. Avoid!!!!
Pros: Quick appointment time
Cons: Everything else, but mainly customer service
