Review content:
We signed a contract with this office and their agent Arturo Serrano to proceed with a cooperative short sale on our home. From the outset this agents intentions were to sell our home at the lowest possible price. He thought the Bank was asking too much and was advising clients in front of our house to offer much much less. He made appointments for other agents to see the house with very short 1 hour notice and 7 of those appointments from other agents never showed up nor had the courtesy to notify us. He kept telling us the Bank wanted too much, the House was priced to High and thus he kept offering the house for much less. He wanted to put a lock box in our house 1 week before Christmas and then had the audacity to tell the Bank that we refused to sign a contract offer that he never presented us with, & should have been presented to the Bank first as this was a Short Sale. He did not respond to calls or emails from the Bank & then left us a voice mail that Empire Century 21 decided to cancel our sale agreement. we asked by text and voice mail to put it in writing and Neither him nor a representative from this office ever called us back. An agent is a direct representative of his office, if he conducts his business unprofessionally, with arrogance and disregard for his clients then it is fair to assume his office knows of this. I would not recommend this Office for any of your Real Estate transactions I would rate them a big Fat Zero ""0"" out of 5 if this site allowed me to. Salvador Velasquez
