I would never recommend this company to anyone. They were great in the beginning and through installation. We have had these windows a year ($5,000 worth) and I went to open the window in my 2 yr old's bedroom and it came right off the track and into my arms! It came right out of the casing. It was a heavy window, I almost dropped it. I called them, thinking they would immediately fix it. The windows are SCHUCO windows..we love the other windows, but this one was either improperly installed or something broke. Now, 6 messages and no calls back, I am stuck with a window that doesn't work properly, and in fact, is hazardous. I am afraid my daughter will be injured. So now I have to find someone who can fix it! I have no idea who else carries these windows in my area. They have zero customer service. No one EVER answers the phone. What a crock.
