Review content:
We should have known after the salesperson ignored our request for just a quote & insisted on giving his spiel. We had done our research & didn't need to spend the time while our 1-yr-old son was crying. We told the company about this & they sent their cust. srvce mgr to try and meet our needs. The quote was competitive & we felt good about their product.\r

My how things change after you sign a contract. They promised a 1.5-day project, and to match our existing trim style & configuration. To save time & money, I was to paint the trim, if they supplied it asap. They assured us it would be here the week after signing the contract. It arrived 3 weeks late, by which time they had the windows and wanted to install them. I spent many nights in a propane-heated garage priming & painting the boards (which were twice as many as needed) rushing to get ready. We asked for someone to verify that we had the correct lumber, which nobody bothered to do - they delivered more than was usable. They stripped our existing aprons for later return & me to paint.\r

Day 1: they covered our things with plastic; put down drop cloths in the walkways. They removed all of our storm windows but replaced 1/2 of our old windows. Day 2: replaced other units & left everything roughed-in. Day 3: started on the trim, no drop cloths & some of the plastic covers disappeared. Note: we had a potential lead-paint issue (which they promised initially to consider, but took no appropriate action; even more concerning considering that my wife is pregnant and we have a 1-yr-old.) Day 4: finished the trim (no aprons), carpenter's mud over holes they created in drywall. Again no drop cloths and trailed mud through parts of the house, leaving dirty boot-prints in many rooms.\r

Overall, the product appears to be quality; the install began well-enough, but ultimately bad customer service and lack of attention to detail (and common courtesy) have made this an experience I would not repeat.
Pros: Quality product, willing to consider requests
Cons: Lack of communication, attention to detail; no follow-up; overpromised timelines
