This is the most unprofesional repair service I have ever delt with. I called and told them my dryer was not working. They came out and found the problem. So they needed to order a part. No big deal to me! When you get the part come and fix my dryer, and they did. But after they fixed the problem the repair man told me to go and get a new gas line and an extension and to hook it up myself. Its to tight of a squeeze and he couldn't do it. What??? So you fixed my dryer but now I have to go tp the hardware store and buy a gasline extension and hook it back up myself? Now I have a dryer but no way to run it! Not only that, but our appointment was supposed to be between 8 and 12 pm but he showed up around 4:30 pm. after the dispatcher called me and tried to cancel the appointment. Said it was car troubles. But I found out the technichian that was supposed to fix my dryer forgot the part back at the shop. So they had to send a different technician. We sat around all day waiting for a repair man,only to show up 4 and a half hours late and refuse to hook my dryer back up! I don't know how this company opperates with LAZY unproffesional technicians and horrible dispatchers that LIE to you. So I would recomend to take your business to a different repair shop!!! This company does not finish what they started! Then they want you to do it yourself. Do your self a favor and don't go through the problems I had too. Find a DIFFERENT REPAIR Company. Worst repair company ever!!!!! Find a company that wants your business not these Clowns!
