My mother went to Kan Rock tire to get her tire fixed and she waited 3 hours with a bunch of ladies sitting in the waiting room. Each one of then were waiting over the time she did. She said that her tire was going flat really fast and bought road warrenty and they wouldn't look it up for her. When I went and got my tire fixed they showed my the problem and then they patched it up for me. I also had road warrenty. My mother goes in and they didn't show her what in inside of her tire looked like. She has a stick shift car and only one person knew how to drive one and he didn't drive it in. And for saftey reasons she couldn't drive it into the shop. As he was grinding gears in she asked if she could drive it in because apparently they didn't know how to drive one. I can't believe it could take someone 3 hours to do a patch job on a tire. I was very unsatisyed with Kan Rock and I will never go back for their discrimation to the women customers. The lady next to her got there 1 hour before she did and had her road warrenty papers with her. First they put new tires on her car and then they had to take them off because they needed the numbers off the inside of the tire she was still sitting there after my mother left. Kan Rock is the worst place to get tires ever. Next time I will go to discount tire where I can get treated equally like everybody else. They need new management and employees if they want to get more business.
