Review content:
We have a condo that is in a building managed by this management company and we found the communication to be very poor by the current property manager. When we missed a payment (as they say, it was not received) they turned us over to an attorney right away instead of calling us to let us know they did not receive it. Very very poor communication. They cost us hundreds of dollars. I am a real estate broker and I give great service to everyone, I just wish everyone thought like me. I would never hire a company that has a negative attitude towards the people like us that have the condos that actually pay their fees. They work for us realistically. Very sad and very poor business. Would never recommend them for anything of mine personally. This is my opinion with my dealings with this management company.
