Review content:
I've been going to Bud's Automotive Service for four years. Originally, it was a recommendation, and when I did go in, he has a wall of letters and cards and I was impressed. Glen himself is also great with customer service. He really pays attention to you. They've done a little bit of everything for us. We had two older cars when we first got out here. They've done everything from tires to radiator to transmission to power steering. I trust his pricing, Glen's anyway. The other guy has a personality. I worked 50 years in retail, where the customer was number one. The other guy just doesn't have any personality. Glen's aware of that. I told him I wouldn't go back there until the other guy was gone. Many of the other guys in the resort I live in say they're not going back either. Glen said he was working too hard, six days a week. He needs help. He's just got the wrong help in there. If you'd called me six months ago, it would've been all fives and nothing but praises, but now, I won't go back until this guy is gone.
