First time back to Tribute with new Chef on Friday Feb 12. 2005. We were very impressed. The whole experience was wonderful. We tried the Degustation menu with the wine pairings.
The food was incredible, interesting and well presented; the wine was likewise; well-paired with the food and presented by the wine staff in a fun, informative and unpretentious way. The service was attentive but not smothering. As it should be, the staff anticipated well and was there when you wanted them there and not there when you didn't. We highly recommend Tribute.
