Review content:
I have relied on this store to have the selection of miscellaneous track and accessories I need around Christmas time when I'm building/re-building my layout for our family parties.
I have to comment on the ""beware"" store review: it's a small family business--it's not Walmart. A train store business model is limited at best. These days I'm sure it's hard to make a profit with the competition and the economy.
However the ""beware"" review does reveal something considered to be much lower than great customer service which I find unbelievable, considering the small business owner would want to bend over backward to make the customer come back again and again.
Considering the other shops in the area carrying Lionel, I think they do a great job. I guess if you're worried about having to take something back, go to the big box stores or the internet for their liberal return policies. If you know what you want and have no need to worry about returning, go here, as they have the selection and a knowledgeable staff.
