I went for a consultation at the Brighton location. At first they seemed friendly enough, and then the lady has you go into a little room on the side. Right away she started trying to sell, sell, sell. I felt very pressured into buying something and she kept saying ""This special will only be good for today. Once you walk out that door you will not be able to get it for this cheap."" (If you consider $500 cheap, especially since it's only for a few microdermabraision sessions) I agreed to do a payment plan but felt wrong about it the next day so I decided to cancel the whole thing. Funny how they're so nice to you when they think they're getting money off you but so extremely rude and disrespectful when they're not. I should have known cause she started to get mean when I said ""I don't think so. Maybe I'll think about it."" which is when she used that whole ""this special is only good for today"" thing. Anyway, I wouldn't go there even if you're just curious cause you'll walk out spending more than you planned on. Try a smaller business instead of a chain!!
Pros: I didn't see any but I'm sure they get rid of hair just like any other hair removal place.
Cons: Expensive, Not Nice, Pushy, Just Want Your Money
