Review content:
After visiting several movie theaters in CLT, we've concluded that the AMC is our favorite. We rarely go at night so I cannot comment on the g-to central comment but during the weekend day, it's a very enjoyable experience. We use the self service kiosks and bypass the line. We head straight to the concession stand where at times, there is a long line. If there was one negative thing about this theater, it's the lack of management at the concession stand. There are several employees milling around but only one line is open for matinees / early afternoon showings. I will say that the popcorn is always fresh and the fact that it's a Coca Cola theater is a plus. What makes up for this slight inconvenience are the amazing seats. I've sat in stadium seats before but these are the best. If you have a bad back, you'll love these seats. Sitting through a long Scorsese film or a Harry Potter movie, you'll thank yourself for choosing this theater. One last note, the sound system is very crisp and the movie screens are always impeccably clean and without blemishes and the house lights are perfect for those with sensitive eyes. Pros: Great seats, seldom crowded during the weekend days, great sound and popcorn Cons: Long concession lines
