Review content:
I stopped by this office yesterday to mail 5 packages for our small Ebay business. Usually we use the Woodstock offices (which we are VERY happy with!), but we happened to be in this part of town. I was helped by Eddie, the Postmaster. When I went up to the counter, I told him clearly ""I want these mailed the cheapest way possible"". He repeated after me ""'The cheapest way', ok"", and rang everything up. I thought that the total sounded very high, but trusted him as he seemed to know what he was doing. It was not until I looked at my receipt that I realized he had charged me for ""priority shipping"", for every package!!! I went back in, calmly assuming it was a mistake, but when I asked him about it, he said that because I had not used the exact words ""parcel post"", he had decided to give me priority! He was very short with me, and refused to listen to me, much less refund me the $40 something dollars that he CHEATED me out of. I WAS PERFECTLY CLEAR on what I wanted; we both knew that parcel post is the cheapest way to mail something, and I asked for the cheapest way!!!!!!!! I would not have minded him asking me about or trying to sell me on upgrading to priority, like the other branches do politely, after all they are businesses and need to make a profit. But this was nothing but underhanded, greedy, deceitfulness. We are a struggling family, and we could not afford to lose that money. I could not even sleep last night thinking about it. I have filed a complaint about him and I will never, EVER enter his establishment again. I would strongly urge you to not to either, unless you enjoy being cheated out of your hard-earned money.
