Review content:
The staff doesn't seem to know that patients don't schedule their illnesses and sometimes they need to be seen without appointments. However, this is not the case with this clinic. If you need to be seen because you woke up sick that day they send you to ER or urgent care where you will be for 8 or more hrs. \r
Lab results are sent to patients only if they have to. If you think you will get them you're wrong and the anticipation if you happen to have it will kill you. \r
Quite frequently, they switch your appointment with a different Dr, and sometimes you will be the last to know.\r
Patients are shuffled around like cards, so there is no consistency and relationship with any Dr.\r
In many ways, this clinic operates outside of what the norm is in other clinics especially, good clinics.\r
