I have never had anything bad here, ever! They have the Pud Thai recipe that I compare every other Thai place to. I get the Pud Thai with Chicken instead of shrimp, and ask them to add extra egg and extra green onions. I also usually get the chickten Satay with an extra order of peanut sauce. They usually give you so many satay that you finish off the dip before the satay. \r Their red-curry is wonderful! It is usually not served too spicy, unless you ask for it, so be sure to tell them how hot you want it as they make everything from scratch the moment you order. \r I get the Tom Yum Noodle soup when I'm not feeling well, and get the sweet and sour chicken if I am there with a Thai food ""Virgin."" It is really good, but not like Chinese sweet and sour chicken. It's not breaded at all, and comes with tomatoes and cucumber in a sweet and sour sauce., and is non-intimidating and pleasing to most of the people I've taken here. \r It is good!!! I always bump into a Gastroenterologist or two here at lunch time. We come from nearby Washoe Medical center (now Renown regional medical center). If you ever want to know where to eat...ask a gastroenterologist. Siamese Hut always gets an ""A"" from the H.D., also. \r Definately go here!!! The service is great, and they are very accomodating to food substitutions. I wish I were eating there now.\r They do close down in between lunch and dinner, at about 2:30 or 3pm, and don't open again until about 5pm, and are not open on Sunday. Pros: You need to go here. It is my favorite Thai place. Just leave room for me Cons: Next to a dive-y booze store with sometimes lurking weirdos...
