I was having problems with my $500 vacuum from the second month I owned it. I had had it for 5 years, and was about to get something new. I saw an ad for a vacuum service for $20 (special) and I thought it was worth a try. In about a week I got a call that it was ready. I stiffened myself for some giant repair bill or an upsell to something new at their store. I walked in, gave my name and she immediately came out with my vacuum. It came back to me not only as clean as the day I bought it, but it worked like new! Thanks Gals!
