Absolutely DO NOT buy a used vehicle from this dealership. We had too many issues to count.\r \r First of all, we were told that our car payment was going to be a set amount every month by a sales manager by the name of Ron. He straight faced LIED to us and came back four days later saying our monthly payment was $20 higher than what we signed for. \r \r Secondly, when trying to call the dealership back, I called SIX times to SIX different people and got NO response. When I finally got ahold of someone, we had to fight tooth and nail to get our payment down to what we signed for.\r \r Third, 12 days after buying our vehicle, our check engine light came on. We took it to our local Ford dealership to be checked out and it turns out that All Star Ford in Olympia did NOT run it through a ""fine tooth comb"" like they claim. Our spark plugs and engine coil shorted because water was in our engine chambers due to not being checked thoroughly. When we let All Star Ford know, they wanted to tow our vehicle from the service department it was already at to THEIR dealership 30 miles away from our home. We were told that ""all expenses would be taken care of."" Turns out they didn't want to pay the other dealership for their diagnostic test so we got stuck with the costs when we were PROMISED every red cent would be taken care of by All Star Ford.\r \r Absolutely do not, under any circumstances, buy a vehicle from All Star Ford.
