I think its great that Architectronics and Control4 are receiving such accolades in the pacific northwest. unfortunately as a customer of both, and someone who has been trying for over a year to get a control 4 system to work seamlessly in their house replacing a crestron system that worked well, I cant really support either recommendation. Despite numerous attempts and multiple visits to our house we are still in a situation where the system continues to need reboots and does not work consistently. Whether it is a poor product or poor installation/support is unclear, the reality as a customer it is still not working after months and months of trying. As a lover of great brands you want to be supportive, and be an advocate, but it has to start with a great customer experience and unfortunately that is not the case for me. A great illustration of that old mantra of, if it aint broke dont fix it. Poor show on both Architectronics and Control4's part.
