It was a disappointing experience, to say the least. The guy Monte (the other review here is probably his own!) gave me an estimate of $150-180 at the time he looked at my laptop and said there was an issue with the monitor. He also said he would call if there were any other issues. A friend offered to pick up my laptop 3 days later and he charged them $295 as he said that he had to ""reload"" some software. This is exactly how it was written on the receipt also. When i called him up and pointed out that we had not authorized anything to do with software, he refused to make any changes to the bill. In fact, he was quite rude. I would not recommend this place to any one. The laptop had been working with an alternative monitor and i could easily have gotten all my data and purchased a new laptop with a little more money. Regret won't bring my money back though.
