I cannot believe the amazing experience I had at this dentists' office this morning. I called a little over a month ago, asked all about costs for services (since my insurance doesn't pay for dental) and the woman at the front desk remembered everything about me and my situation--even though we talked a month ago. She and her husband (Dr. Dull) were both extremely considerate and helpful, even telling me how much each item would be before they conducted any service this morning and checked to see if that would be allright. After seeing another dentist in town for 3 years who seemed completely unaware that other people in this Universe actually operate on a budget, this was the most refreshing, wonderful experience I've ever had at a dentists' office, or any service provider for that matter. Amazing customer service, extremely friendly and just plain considerate. They've found a patient for life.
Pros: Incredibly considerate of tight budgets
