Businiess name:  Sai Mai Bar & Restaurant

Review content:
I have eaten at Sai Mai several times a month since it opened and it is the ONLY restaurant in Bothell that I frequent. The owners pride themselves on friendly, attentive and expeditious service. The food is fabulous. I have lived in and traveled to many different cities and eaten lots of Thai food in my life but nothing compares to Sai Mai. The dishes always contain the freshest of ingredients, prepared with great care and skill and are always delivered nice and hot. The usuals are on the menu.... pad thai and satay, for example.... but there are so many wonderful and healthy creative dishes like three plus one. And Mu makes the best cocktails! I am salivating just thinking about the cilantro mojito that he makes. You must go to Sai Mai. They are worth a trip to the East side if you don't live there and should be a regular haunt if, in fact, you do. I usually go to Belltown and Capitol Hill for good food but Sai Mai is the exception! Pros: Delicious, fresh and healthy ingredients perfectly prepared
