Living at the Oxford Crest has been, by far, the best apartment experience we have ever had. The building and grounds are kept in excellent shape and the landlord is the most wonderful person. He is always ready with kisses and treats for our dog, hand delivers treats around the holidays, responds to any (and all) maitinence calls with an astounding speed and is always happy and helpful. He has done an amazing job creating a great sense of security and community in the middle of a colorful Capitol Hill crowd. I would recommend living here to anyone!
