Review content:
Since I purchased brand new appartment with air conditioner unit serviced by San Benito Heating, it was my worst experience ever.
To start with I had no any manual or instruction on how to operate the temperature control and I was told I have to pay for one because they speacil order them(!). Airconditioner brakes every single summer when temperature goes up. It takes this company 3-4 days average to send a technician on site, no matter how much you suffer in your unit. When tecnicians arrive they barely speak English and can never explain what is wrong with the unit. They'd usually say something about your filters are not cleaned properly. FYI filters are made of some weird synthetic material manually cut in pieces which I have to handwash every 2 months. I was religiosly doing that but no matter - unit still brakes. I'd use manufactured filters but there is none of this size.
So they come tweak something on the roof ( which I have no idea what it is), come back without any explanation rather then about famous 'filters story' and leave. I never had such an aweful experience when every single summer i have to suffer about a week in a stuffy unit. I feel trapped and not having a choice to dump this service company. Think twice before you buy or move into a unit serviced by them.
