I was extremely pleased with The Palm. We had 8:30 reservations and were promptly seated upon arrival. The service couldn't be beat! Romeo was one of the best servers we have had at any restaurant. My DH and I both ordered the NY Strip (cooked medium), and it was cooked perfectly! I found the steak to be very flavorful, perfectly charred on the outside, yet juicy and flavorful on the inside. I usually order the filet when we go out to eat, but since the NY Strip had so many good reviews I decided on that. I'm glad I did! The sides are definitely enough for 2 to share, and we split an order of onion straws. Since it was our first visit, the manager gave us a comp. cheesecake. Will definitely be back!
Pros: outstanding service, seated promptly, great food/atmosphere
Cons: valet parking, but what else is new?
