Outside/inside blg. was beautiful decorated, appeared clean, etc. ~
Meds weren't given on time, sometime not given at all, food trays not delivered 2 meals in one day, night staff never around, no one answers 'buzzer' in patient's room at fron desk during the night hours, trash, soiled linens, etc. was in my room for 4 days before we had to get 'ugly' to the 'front desk' ~ The charge nurses', med clerk (male) were all horrible. I personally feared for my well being and I was mobile and to my 'senses' ~ I worried about the bed ridden patients did not have a voice!
I can NOT recommend this Summit at Lakeway for a dog catcher, much less for my week of rehab out of the hospital after knee surgery ~
God forbid if any human gets 'stuck' at this horrible place~ ~ ~
