Years ago, I would regularly go to the store on Broadway and I know exactly what the other posters mean when they say the owners are arrogant and while they were never downright rude, I always felt they had an air of superiority over shoppers that maybe they perceived not as ""high class"" and while the merchandise was ""okay"", I never enjoyed my time in their store and eventually stopped going. There are too many shopping choices and I'd rather give my money to a store where I'm not made to feel ""less than"".....
