Review content:
The service guys who show up are always very good and professional.\r
Their office help -- especially scheduling -- could not be worse or more incompetent. They NEVER show up on time, and frequently require multiple phone calls. Right now, both my wife and I have changed plans to be home for an 8 AM ""you're the first ones our list!!"" appointment and it's 12:30 PM. I've called twice and been assured by their schedulers that the guys are on the way. I'll never use them again.
