Bird World is not a chain store (that I am aware of) but its prices, even thoughn higher than maybe Walmart or Costco are much cheaper than Petco. My cat food that I buy is 19.95 at Bird World and I was going to buy the same thing at Peto and it was 24.95. I waitd the extra day to buy it at Bird World. Plus they have the cutest puppies on display to buy. I am trying (as we speak, to talk my husband into letting me get a puppy that I saw there the othe day.) Please visit Bird World and support your local businesses rather than the big-box businesses.
Pros: It has everything, fish, birds, puppies, kittens, bunnies & all the supplies
Cons: A slight tad higher than the Big Box stores, but not that much
