Businiess name:  Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse

Review content:
I've been coming here for years to get sushi closed to home and I love it! I've been to Japan, so I definitely know what tastes authentic, and Ichiban is pretty much right on! I love their eel and yellow tail nigiri especially. The designer rolls are always fun and delicious if you'd like to try something that isn't raw (very sushi beginner friendly). The udon soups are delicious, and I'm a huge fan of beef negimaki (appetizer). I've never done the hibachi, but everytime I've been, there's always a birthday celebration with the gong. I'm considering coming back for my birthday next year because they have this birthday ""wheel of fortune"" thing that can land you a $20 gift card. :) Pretty sweet.\r \r All in all, I love the sushi here. The prices are great, and I can get a filling amount of food for under $20. I recommend the hibachi for families and big parties, and the table side for sushi lovers or quiet couples. :)
