Review content:
1st time I went here with some friends: pleasant experience. Came 2nd time with family & it was horrific. When we walked in the owner/manager was the host, ignored us, he was writing something, 10min later he said ?I will be right with you?. We sit down 10min later he?s also our waiter. We give him the order my mother specifically said ?please make sure its not hot, no spice in dal? we asked him 2x if that can be done & he said ?thats fine?. We wanted to make sure that going to Indian restaurant you expect hot food I understand that completely but they also had a mild menu. Food comes out 30mins later the mild order is hot even for a normal person. We tried to grab his attention he ignores us we try to grab attention of the other waiters they ignore us my family member gets up to get his attention he says ?go sit down I will be right there?. 10min later go by he finally comes we tell him mild food is really hot. He tells us ?no, I cant change the order right now, I have to wait for the cook?. the cook cannot be that busy, the restaurant was half empty. We needed refills on water since he was our waiter he didn?t come by. He tried to grab attention again of another waiter, when any female in our family tried to grab attention of the any male Indian waiters, they would ignore the women, & the man would wave hand one time, & the Indian waiters would fill our water glasses. Do Indian men even as waiters are above women customers? Do you not answer to any women? I guess thats how India treats an Indian women, I guess we got the authentic experience..lol. Lets just say they didnt serve us until we begged for our water, food etc. If the owner/manager with a penguin nose & a mean attitude keeps running a restaurant half empty, one day it will be completely empty because you don?t treat customers like that especially women customers. Hey, when we are paying you to serve us, in return you provide a service, that?s how it works, the concept is simple. Welcome to America!
Pros: ""authentic"" experience especially if you are a female
Cons: the list is too long to write out the cons
