I got to tell you. I am a VERY picky person generally in life but especially when it comes to my hair. I had long extemely thick and curley hair and thought that I could never get the short hair cut I have always dreamed of. I tried other more pricey salons and always left with the same results: A so so cut and feeling like I just left a doctors office (you know the kind that schedule appts every 15 min to get as many in one day as possible)...but not this time. Jill and her staff at Hair Envy was beyond delightful; they were professional and yet down to earth. The most important thing that they were concerned about was that I LOVED my hair...Jill told me that if I didn't love it that she wanted to be able to fix it until I did love it...but she got it right on the very first try. It was amazing to have somebody just as excited to cut your hair as you were to have it cut.
