Review content:
I used Tropiano for transportation from Caesar's Atlantic City to PHL. First off, they gave me the wrong location for pickup. When I called for clarification, the person who answered the phone was rude. I called when the van was 20 minutes late, and was told ""He'll be there shortly."" I called back after another 15 minutes and was put on hold (aka ignore) twice for ten minutes - no one came back on the line. When I called back once again, I was told they didn't know where he was. They finally got someone to pick me up after 1 1/2 hours. Thankfully, I made my flight.\r

Similar to a previous comment, I called the main office when I got home and was told ""I don't like your attitude.""\r

Check out the BBB website, they have an ""F"" rating. I don't know how companies like this stay in business.
