The Immigration Service did not believe that my first marriage was valid. After years of working with other immigration lawyers, but being frustrated with delays and then denials of my applications for lawful status, I went to Scott D. Pollock and Associates for help. Scott and his staff were knowledgeable and completely dedicated to achieving my goals. When the Immigration Service continued to deny my resident status and even tried to deport me, Scott brought my case to federal court to argue that the Immigration Service was violating my legal rights to information and to have my case fairly considered. This strategy was successful and today I am a lawful resident and able to work and live with my family as a free person. I am looking forward to applying for my U.S. citizenship soon.
